The Teak system includes many features that are designed to allow the distributor to provide the best possible customer service. Here are a few features that support customer service:
  • All information concerning a customer is in one place - draws, routes, history of deliveries and returns, billing status, etc.
  • The system supports notes of conversations or events that allows anyone in the office to see what has occurred with that customer lately. Also, notes made can be sent to the route driver - showing up on his/her handheld device or printed Route Delivery Sheet - where appropriate.
